Research Consortium on Children & Families

The Research Consortium on Children and Families (RCCF) is a multidisciplinary network of USC faculty who actively engage in research related to children/youth and their families. The campus-wide membership comes from 9 colleges and schools, several centers and institutes, and numerous academic departments. The RCCF was launched in 2007 under the direction of Ron Prinz (Psychology, MCAS).

  • Pertaining to prenatal, infant, early to late childhood, adolescent, or college-age facets
  • Focusing on children, parents, or families (or combinations)
  • Descriptive, etiological, longitudinal, and assessment research
  • Prevention, intervention, and treatment research
  • Substantive, methodological, and statistical research
  • Behavioral, environmental, biological, macro and molecular, and community/societal foci
